We are pleased to collaborate with Sonardyne, a global leader in underwater technology solutions, to support their innovative echosounder feature on Origin® acoustic Doppler current profilers (ADCPs).
With this new capability, Origin 65 and 600 ADCPs can record echosounder data, allowing users to collect comprehensive marine environmental data from a single platform, and then extract key insights using Echoview.
The echosounder mode records high-resolution backscatter data in the water column, which can then be processed in Echoview 15.1, providing users with powerful analysis and visualization tools to gain a deep understanding of aquatic ecosystems.
This partnership highlights our shared commitment to delivering advanced solutions for marine science and offshore sustainability.
