86th Midwest Fish & Wildlife Conference, USA
January 25–28, 2026

We’re looking forward to exhibiting at the 86th Midwest Fish & Wildlife Conference at the Grand Wayne Convention Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

This premier regional event brings together almost 1,000 fish and wildlife professionals, agency staff, researchers, and students from across the Midwest, Great Plains, and Canadian provinces for four days of technical presentations, poster sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities.

Louise McGarry, PhD, a Hydroacoustics Specialist on our Science Team, will be at the Echoview exhibition booth. She looks forward to connecting with attendees and sharing how hydroacoustics using single beam and multibeam data from scientific and recreational echosounders, can deliver powerful insights for lake, river, and estuarine monitoring, management and research.

Echoview’s offerings

At Echoview, we are hydroacoustic software and science specialists. We support ecological data processing and decision-making for fisheries and aquatic ecosystem management. Whether you’re new to echosounder methods or managing long-term monitoring programs, Echoview’s products and services can support you at every stage. From selecting an echosounder and designing your survey to training your team, processing data, or building in-house capability, we provide tailored advice or complete hydroacoustic solutions.

We work with scientists and staff at government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and research institutions, as well as consultants, commercial fishers, and environmental managers. Our work spans estuarine, freshwater, and marine environments in more than 70 countries.

Our flagship software, Echoview®, is the industry standard for visualizing and processing echosounder data for mobile aquatic organisms (e.g., fish and zooplankton) and habitat classification (e.g., substrate characterization and mapping, and vegetation analyses). It supports over 75 echosounder and sonar file formats from 18 manufacturers, deployed from moving or fixed platforms, surface or submerged, crewed or autonomous. It is designed to support a wide range of aquatic research and monitoring objectives.

Beyond software we also offer training, consulting, and other client services which can be tailored to your needs.
