Echoview Software was once again pleased to attend and support the Annual Meeting of the Asian Fisheries Acoustics Society (AFAS), this year held in Busan, Korea.
Product Manager, Briony Hutton, presented a talk on recent Echoview developments, including machine learning, new hardware support, and additional wideband capabilities.
AFAS 2022 was a wonderful opportunity to catch up with fellow hydroacoustic experts and promote the dissemination and development of fisheries acoustics in Asia.
Since its foundation in Dalian, China in 2007, AFAS has successfully organized 15 annual meetings with the name of “The International Conference on Underwater Acoustic Technology and Education for Sustainable Fisheries in Asia”.
