Details on MATS
Your Echoview license includes a three-month subscription of Maintenance and Technical Support (MATS) which starts from the date of installation of Echoview. Your MATS subscription can be extended beyond this initial period. A subscription also includes responsive and engaging technical support from our experienced team of scientists and programmers.
It is more cost effective to maintain an ongoing MATS subscription than pay upgrade fees for each version. If you have a budget cycle, we are more than happy to provide quotes for extended MATS subscriptions.
